What on earth is the point of this ridiculous announcement by the Met Office?
Of course, you can never rule anything out. It’s happened before and could therefore happen again in any year. Equally it might be cold and wet in August.
And I could win the lottery next week!
It is hard not to conclude that the Met Office is just fanning the flames of climate alarm yet again.
