U.S. President Joe Biden appeared to fall asleep during the opening speeches at the United Nations’ 26th Conference of the Parties (COP26) climate meeting in Glasgow, Scotland.
Biden and Administration officials have said they want to restore American leadership on climate change on the international stage.
