You guessed it, I love Bob Dylan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some form of drought covers 61% of the nation, and, of course, that is raising eyebrows<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the biggest problems I have with the drought crowd is that the very definition of drought also takes into account usage. If there is more usage than the same amounts of rain, we now will have a stronger drought index than 50 years ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It has been absurdly dry this year so far.<\/p>\n\n\n

But it\u2019s certainly not representative of the past 10 years, so it\u2019s an outlier.<\/p>\n\n\n

Meanwhile, a strong to super El Ni\u00f1o in the oceanic Ni\u00f1o index is coming on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The same period during those El Ni\u00f1os:<\/p>\n\n\n

So be prepared, a \u201cHard Rain\u2019s a Gonna Fall.\u201d In fact, multiple events. So people a year from now (probably sooner) will be complaining about flooding. And given everything is blamed on you know what, the same thing being blamed now, will be blamed then.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
