Supporters have long argued that the charges have been invented to serve a global collectivist plan to control where humans travel, what they eat and how they spend their money. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the last 20 years, vast amounts of cash have been diverted from the productive economy and wasted on projects that would not raise a dime in a free and open capital market. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But freedom and a full pardon are expected imminently. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will release carbon dioxide \u2013 the gas of human and plant life \u2013 from a 2009 \u2018Endangerment Finding\u2019 that demonised the trace atmospheric molecule and elevated it as the prime suspect in the Great Climate Hoax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The release has been expected, although it is likely to face well-funded Green Blob lawfare challenges. The endangerment claim states that six \u2018greenhouse\u2019 gases pose a threat to public health. Since 2009, the finding has underpinned all EPA climate rules that have cascaded through the American economy limiting emissions from power plants to motor vehicles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The head of the EPA Lee Zeldin is firmly committed to the cause of destroying the senseless and unscientific findings. Last year, he said that by overhauling the massive rules on the endangerment findings, the social cost of carbon and similar issues, \u201cwe are driving a dagger through the heart of\u00a0climate change religion<\/a>\u00a0and ushering in America\u2019s Golden Age\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He said the EPA\u2019s work \u201cmarks the death of the Green New Scam\u201d. The actions will roll back trillions of dollars in regulatory costs and hidden taxes, he claimed.\u00a0\u201cAs a result, the cost of living for American families will decrease and essentials such as buying a car, heating your home and operating a business will become more affordable. Our\u00a0actions will also reignite American manufacturing, spreading economic benefits to communities,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It can be argued that this move will also put a dagger through the heart of industrial economies that are still fantasying about moving to Net Zero. Steadily deindustrialising countries such as the United Kingdom and Germany are increasingly alone in \u2018leading\u2019 the world towards the Net Zero calamity. Sky-high energy costs and overwhelming regulatory burdens will inevitably push new national and international capital in the direction of the re-invigorated American economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ground for kicking the endangerment findings into touch has been well prepared by the American Government. Last July, the Department of Energy published a\u00a0devasting, fact-based report<\/a>\u00a0that concluded computer models, a mainstay for decades in pumping up climate alarm, offer \u201clittle guidance\u201d on how much the climate responds to higher levels of CO2<\/sub>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

It also noted that most extreme weather events are not increasing and sea levels in North America show no increasing trend, while weather attribution claims \u2013 now admitted to have been originally designed with \u2018lawfare\u2019 in mind \u2013 are challenged by natural variation. The report also noted that there had been extensive recent plant and crop growth due to the CO2 atmospheric fertilisation that has enhanced photosynthesis and improved water efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Self-identifying activist fact-checkers are not, despite their name, used to debating fact in their closed world of \u2018settled\u2019 science and commonly resort to opinion and \u2018denial\u2019 epithets. As a result, the numerous attempts to debunk the devastating report failed to lay a worthwhile punch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One benefit that is already flowing to American consumers and manufacturers is the resetting of Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE)\u00a0automobile standards<\/a>. These requirements had been raised by the Biden Administration to levels so aggressive they could not be met with available technology for gas-powered cars, and, in effect, acted as a federal EV mandate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The EPA rescission proposal includes repealing vehicle \u2018greenhouse\u2019 gas standards, thereby complementing CAFE standards by rolling back punitive rules directly tied to vehicle fuel use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
