Albern Harbor and other port basins on the Danube as a severe cold snap grips parts of Europe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The operation marks the vessel\u2019s first significant ice-clearing mission since 2017, when the harbor waters last froze over.
