For stockholders in Beyond Meat, perhaps as much as 99% of their money, if they bought at the top of the market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shares of the El Segundo maker of plant-based meats, an investors\u2019 darling a few year ago, collapsed this week to less than $1 after the company&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/investors.beyondmeat.com\/news-releases\/news-release-details\/beyond-meat-announces-early-tender-results-and-early-settlement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">wrapped up a deal<\/a>&nbsp;to reduce its debt burden. I suspect Beyond Meat is a casualty of the betrayal of trust people experienced during the Covid lockdowns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The same people who promote the climate crisis<a href=\"https:\/\/www.weforum.org\/stories\/2020\/03\/bill-gates-us-shutdown-covid-19-trump\/\">&nbsp;also told us Covid was so severe we all needed to endure harsh lockdowns<\/a>.
