It defines energy<\/strong> not by whether it checks a political box, but by whether it keeps the lights on and bills low.<\/strong> In fact, the law goes so far as to define dispatchable and reliable energy in statute<\/strong>, mandating that Louisiana\u2019s grid must prioritize sources that stabilize voltage, ramp up when needed, and avoid dependence on \u201cforeign adversary nations.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n
