Of course, he\u2019d hear nothing of any rebuttals, because facts don\u2019t generate additional grants for his employer,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lse.ac.uk\/granthaminstitute\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">The Grantham Institute<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bob is always good for a laugh. But, because Bob is such a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/wattsupwiththat.com\/tag\/bob-ward\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">comical low value annoyance<\/a>, it took a while for Josh to get it done, and even longer for me to post it.
