If the EPW GOP has its way, the \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2025\/05\/22\/gop-holdouts-big-beautiful-bill-thomas-massie-warren-davidson\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">one, big beautiful<\/a>\u201d bill will also stall the implementation of the IRA\u2019s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/crs-product\/R47206\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">methane emissions fee<\/a>&nbsp;for a decade and repeal President Joe Biden\u2019s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.gov\/newsreleases\/biden-harris-administration-finalizes-strongest-ever-pollution-standards-cars-position\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">final rule<\/a>&nbsp;on tailpipe emission standards, a key plank of the Democrats\u2019 de facto electric vehicle (EV) mandate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThis legislative text puts in motion plans that Senate Republicans pledged to take, like stopping Democrats\u2019 natural gas tax and rescinding unobligated dollars from the so-called Inflation Reduction Act,\u201d Republican West Virginia Sen.
