href=\"https:\/\/notrickszone.com\/author\/kenneth-richard\/\">Kenneth Richard<\/a>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cooling trends of up to -2.15\u00b0C per decade are not consistent with the \u201cglobal warming\u201d narrative.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to a new study (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/iopscience.iop.org\/article\/10.1088\/1748-9326\/add02a\/pdf\">Li et al., 2025<\/a><\/strong>), 98% of the Central Eurasia study area (40-65\u00b0N and 50-130\u00b0E) experienced significantly declining temperatures from 2004-2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Specifically, the region cooled by nearly -2.0\u00b0C \u2013 a rate of -1.425\u00b0C per decade \u2013 from 2004 to 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The authors attribute the cooling trend to a 5.38% per decade increase in snow cover percentage (SCP) across the study area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"723\" height=\"530\" data-attachment-id=\"379355\"
