Homewood<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Kathryn Porter has carried out some detailed research into the feasibility of keeping 35 GW of CCGT plant ticking over, just tom use for a handful of days a year.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>She concludes that NESO\u2019s plan for this is woefully naive, and that there are very real technical obstacles
