on, it turns out November as a whole was much drier than average.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As for the nonsense about \u201ca warmer atmosphere holds more moisture\u201d, temperatures in November were bang on average.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maybe the \u201cwarmer atmosphere\u201d propagandists would like to explain why it was so wet in 1929 and
