it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2026 a group of 77 \u00addeveloping&nbsp;countries, led by China, called for $US1.3 trillion&nbsp;a year in new, \u00adadditional, adequate and affordable finance to address mitigation, adaptation and loss and damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2013<a
