But the most interesting number is the one for virtual-only participation \u2013 just 3975. Nearly all of these are NGOs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why is there are any need at all for anybody to attend in person, never mind 66000? Did Starmer really have to fly out, no doubt with am army of officials? Could he not have done a video presentation instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After all, I doubt anybody paid the slightest attention to any of the nonsense he had to say.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Altogether the UK Government is sending 470 ministers and officials to Baku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It raises the question why we even need to be employing all of these in the first place. I though Rachel Reeves had a black hole!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
