Mark the turning point: Climate activists know they have to hide \u201cthe climate\u201d to win the election<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Now that Trump is ready to make climate change an issue, the last thing the Democrats want is to put this debate out on the table. So their strategy is to say nothing about it, in case they offend the voters in the middle. As Marc Morano says \u201c\u2018No one is buying their \u2018climate emergency\u2019 claptrap anymore\u2019<\/a>\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In an extraordinary headline the New York Times<\/em><\/a> is letting everyone know that the new \u201cgreen\u201d thing to do is to sit back quietly and wait for her to win. They don\u2019t want activists to complain she\u2019s gone soft on climate change and accidentally trick her into making public commitments which Donald Trump will use against her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re at the point where the Climate die-hards openly admit that it will cost them votes if she talks about the climate. They know the voters don\u2019t want it, and the only way keep the Green Gravy flowing is to hide it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And these are the same people saying Trump is destroying democracy. They don\u2019t want a mandate for action anymore, they just want to win. They\u2019ll claim the mandate later anyway.<\/p>\n\n\n

Make no mistake she and Tim Walz are as deep green as any fungus. Climate groups were happy to send $55 million to the Democrats silent campaign. They know what they\u2019re getting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Party strategists are happy to explain that lying-by-omission to voters is all for the cause. In The New York Times, the Democratic Governor of Washington openly says he \u201cis not concerned\u201d about Kamala\u2019s silence on the climate: \u201cI am totally confident that when she is in a position to effect positive change, she will<\/strong>,\u201d Gov. Inslee said. Who cares what the voters want, she\u2019ll do it anyway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kevin Book, a manager of a Washington based research firm, pretty much explained voters don\u2019t want what Joe Biden delivered:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c\u201cThis doesn\u2019t look accidental, it looks like a deliberate choice,\u201d \u2026they are worried if she takes a strong position on climate, even it fits the same position that Biden took, it will make her look too progressive,\u201d<\/strong> Mr. Book said, adding, \u201cIt\u2019s a divisive issue and they need both sides as much as possible to win Pennsylvania.\u201d \u2014 New York Times<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The $55 million dollar ad campaign<\/a> doesn\u2019t mention climate change or global warming either. It sells Kamala by saying she will \u201cstrengthen the middle class\u201d  with \u201cadvanced manufacturing and clean energy\u201d. Democrats apparently are nothing more than cliches, namecalling and a bucket of other-peoples-money to pour on the right keywords.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And of course if the Green Blob doesn\u2019t want us to talk about climate change, it\u2019s our duty to raise hell with it (in the nicest possible way, of course). Not just with far left politicians, but with the media. Make them explain why it\u2019s OK for Kamala to hide what she is planning to do to. Isn\u2019t the planet at stake? Doesn\u2019t Democracy matter?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
