Kamala Harris is oblivious to humanity\u2019s need for oil as she is to these two basic facts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(1)  No one uses crude oil in its raw form. The oil industry exists because of humanity\u2019s need for products and fuels made from oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(2)  \u201cRenewables\u201d only exist to generate occasional electricity; they CANNOT make products or fuels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a world where Kamala wants to be dominated by wind turbines and solar panels to generate occasional electricity whenever the wind blows or the sun shines, there will be nothing to \u201celectrify\u201d as there will be nothing that needs electricity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kamala does not understand that everything that needs electricity is made with petrochemicals manufactured from crude oil, coal, or natural gas, from the light bulb to the iPhone, defibrillator, computers, spacecraft, and medications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The elephant in the room that Harris refuses to discuss is that crude oil is the foundation of our materialistic society, as it is the basis of all products and fuels demanded by the 8 billion now on this planet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ridding the world of raw crude oil before we have a replacement to produce the oil derivatives currently manufactured from crude oil would send us back to the 1800s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The greatest threat to the world\u2019s populations could be the future of billions of people\u2019s existence and prosperity without those oil derivatives that currently support more than 6,000 products for society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shockingly, Kamala, parents, teachers, students, policymakers, and those in the media have no clue or understanding about the basis of the products in our daily lives from crude oil<\/a>! Energy Literacy at its worst!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kamala, armed with her LACK of Energy Literacy, continues her pursuit to eliminate the only known sources of the products that are supporting modern lifestyles and economies around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking back at the history of the petroleum industry<\/a>, it illustrates that black, cruddy-looking crude oil was virtually useless<\/a> unless it could be manufactured (refineries) into oil derivatives<\/a>, which are now the basis of chemical products, such as plastics, solvents, and medications, that are essential for supporting modern lifestyles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than 6,000 products<\/a> based on oil are being used for the health and well-being of humanity, and the generation of electricity did not exist a few short centuries ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kamala should know that there is no need to over-regulate the \u201csuppliers of fossil fuels\u201d when she has no replacements to meet the supply chain of product \u201cdemands\u201d of our materialistic world. It\u2019s obvious that her energy policies are the real existential threat to billions across our planet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the last 200 years, after the discovery of the products and transportation fuels that could be manufactured out of crude oil, the world populated from 1 to 8 billion<\/a>. It was the \u201cproducts\u201d from oil that supported the tremendous growth in population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, we have more than 50,000 merchant ships<\/a>, more than 20,000 commercial aircraft<\/a> and more than  50,000 military aircraft that use the fuels manufactured from crude oil. The fuels to move the heavy-weight and long-range needs of jets moving people and products, the merchant ships for global trade flows, and the military and space programs are also dependent on what can be manufactured from crude oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In her home state of California, the fourth-largest economy in the world, Kamala is proud that California has increased imported crude oil from 5 percent in 1992 to almost 60 percent of total consumption today<\/a>. Today, California\u2019s 9 International airports, 41 military airports, and 3 of the largest shipping ports in the world are all controlled by foreign oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kamala\u2019s energy policies for the entire country will follow the \u201csuccesses\u201d in California to continue reductions in crude oil production so the country can continue increasing our reliance on foreign countries to meet the energy demands of America\u2019s economy and personal lives!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
