\u201cThe project is still under construction. That\u2019s just kind of ironic. It\u2019s not even built yet. And it\u2019s already breaking. The total project. Yes, it is for, like, 62 turbines and a substation. And I believe they have piled driven like they have to take a giant pole, essentially, and slam it into the ocean floor. And then they build the turbine. On top of that, they still have 15 left to pile drive. They have some of the towers and the blades up on the ones that they\u2019ve already piled driven, but not all of them. I think, you know, a very small handful of them, quote-unquote, went into operation earlier this year, but the majority of them are still under construction or have not been built yet.\u201d \u2013 Meghan Lapp<\/p>\n\n\n\n
