Major tornado outbreak underway<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On&nbsp;<strong>May 21, 2024<\/strong>, multiple powerful tornadoes tore through&nbsp;<strong>southwest Iowa<\/strong>, resulting in fatalities and significant damage. The town of&nbsp;<strong>Greenfield<\/strong>, home to about 2,000 people, was hit especially hard.
