Considering the relentless fear mongering by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), the acronym should  be pronounced \u201cWhaammo.\u201d  The latest is their hype about temperatures in 2023 as reported in the Daily Mail Climate change is \u2018off the charts\u2019:<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Damning report reveals how records were smashed for greenhouse gas emissions, global temperatures and sea level rise in 2023 \u2013 and scientists warn \u2018changes are speeding up\u2019<\/mark><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here we go again. The\u00a0temperature changes<\/strong>\u00a0they are talking about are\u00a0tiny<\/strong>\u00a0and their link to human activities is just a wobbly theory. There is\u00a0no proof that human activities had any impact at all.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the warming since 1947 followed three strong El Nino events.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

And note the\u00a0chart<\/strong>. It is calibrated\u00a0in TENTHS of one degree<\/strong>\u00a0and has to go back to 1850 to show anything like a smooth rise. A more detailed chart would show\u00a0long periods of stasis and falls, unlike CO emissions, which have been rising fairly steadily<\/strong>\u00a0as industrial civilization has progressed. It is all just asssertion and even they\u00a0admit that recent rises could be due to El Nino rather than CO2 emissions<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And note that they show\u00a0NO details of the CO2 changes which they allege to be at fault.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
