And I joke about this: I don\u2019t know anybody that goes out and intentionally tries to wound anything. But intentionally kill, pursue, stalk, or entrap a bobcat or mountain lion\u2014that is hunting. And the thing that should be concerning to people is that the way that this is written, they won\u2019t be regulatory\u2014they will be statutory. And a precedent can be set not only within our state, but other Western states and throughout the United States, for that matter, that if anybody wants to utilize similar language, they can capitalize on the inefficiencies or ineffectiveness of what we wouldn\u2019t have been able to accomplish by allowing this measure to move forward\u2026,\u201d \u2014 Dan Gates, Coloradans for Responsible Wildlife Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Episode 422 of District of Conservation, Gabriella speaks with Dan Gates from Coloradans for Responsible Wildlife Management \u2013 a 501 (c) 4 organization fighting bans on big game hunting.
