The UN Food & Agricultural Agency has started to update its database to include 2022 numbers.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cereal output, which includes rice, was slightly down on 2021, but is still the second highest on record.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The value of agricultural output still has not been updated for 2022, but was at a record high in 2021, based on constant prices (i.e. excluding the effects of inflation).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
