I had a reply last week from the SY Fire Service about the house fire I wrote about:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It confirms my original assumption, that it was a car fire on the drive, which spread to the house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As one commenter noted, if an EV had caught fire in the garage, rather than outside it, the whole house would have gone up in flames. A truly frightening prospect!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have requested more details about the car involved, but they still have not responded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I\u2019ll post again if I hear anymore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
