This is \u201cconsistent with compilations from the global tropics.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This region\u2019s mean surface temperature (MST), 23\u00b0C, is nearly the coldest in the last 10,000 years.
