change<\/a>&nbsp;talks they will host this week to push for lucrative new oil and gas deals, say the latest damaging leaks about the summit in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/dubai\/index.html\">Dubai<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sultan Al Jaber, the Emirati president of the UN\u2019s COP28 meeting, planned
