Between April and September 2023, subsidies of \u00a3640 million were paid out, nearly all for offshore wind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The average strike price was \u00a3171\/MWh, against a market price of \u00a383\/MWh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Total generation covered by CfDs was 7.3 TWh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most renewable output is still subsidised via Renewable Obligations.
