href=\"https:\/\/www.ncei.noaa.gov\/access\/monitoring\/national-temperature-index\/time-series\/anom-tavg\/1\/0\">September 2023 Contiguous U.S. USCRN temperature anomaly data shown below<\/a>\u00a0with the years 2015, 2019, 2021 and 2022 recorded USCRN September temperature anomaly data exceeding the year 2023 September 1.93 F value. This data is from the state-of-the-art\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncei.noaa.gov\/access\/crn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">U.S. Climate Reference Network<\/a>\u00a0which has all
