The House of Representatives approved an 11th hour stopgap measure to keep the federal government funded for another 45 days, with just hours left before the deadline to avert a shutdown, sending the bill to the Senate for a vote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The House voted 335-91 to pass the resolution, meeting the two-thirds threshold required, with 90 Republicans and one Democrat, Illinois Rep. Mike Quigley, opposed to the measure, arguing it lacked funding for Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 71-page continuing resolution<\/a> adds money for disaster relief, but leaves out military funding for Ukraine, a key criticism from far-right House Republicans who have called for sweeping funding cuts despite pleas from the Biden Administration for $20 billion in additional funding for Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is just over one month ago that I gave a speech on the eve of the Munich Security Conference. Since then, so many remarkable things have happened \u2014 and have happened so fast \u2014 that it is worth comparing my predictions of a month ago with actual developments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The countries of the former Soviet empire, eager to assert their independence, can hardly wait for the Russian army to be crushed in Ukraine. At that point, Putin\u2019s dream of a renewed Russian empire will disintegrate and cease to pose a threat to Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The defeat of Russian imperialism will<\/strong> have far-reaching consequences for the rest of the world. It will bring huge relief to open societies and create tremendous problems for closed ones. Most importantly, it will allow the world to concentrate on its biggest problem, climate change.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We don\u2019t often catch a glimpse behind the curtain of European politics, but such slip was a public boast by then British Climate Change Minister Claire Perry<\/a>, about all the good they were doing, reaching out to elected US politicians, and helping US politicians to sabotage President Trump\u2019s America First agenda.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The UK has started bypassing Donald Trump over climate change, talking directly to city mayors and other officials<\/strong> committed to trying to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, the new Climate Change Minister has revealed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Claire Perry, who was appointed to the post after the general election last month, said that British ministers had not \u201cmissed an opportunity\u201d to tell the US President that they were disappointed he had decided to withdraw from the Paris Agreement on climate change, the news service Bloomberg reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She said she had been speaking to \u201cother players\u201d in the US, including the mayor of Houston, Sylvester Turner, who visited the UK last week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2026 We know the possible effects of spreading the war into the cyberspace. The artificial intelligence could be trained to combat well \u2013 before it would learn to help the humanity. Thank God, people have not yet learned to use climate as a weapon. Even though humanity is failing on its climate policy objectives \u2013 this means that extreme weather will still impact the normal global life and some evil state will also weaponise its outcomes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And when people in the streets of New York and other cities of the world went out on climate protest \u2013 we all have seen them\u2026 And when people in Morocco and Libya<\/a> and other countries die as a result of natural disasters\u2026 And when islands and countries disappear under water\u2026 And when tornados and deserts are spreading into new territories\u2026 And when all of this is happening, one unnatural disaster in Moscow decided to launch a big war and kill tens of thousands of people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We must act united \u2013 to defeat the aggressor and focus all our capabilities and energy on addressing these challenges.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Could they make their intentions any clearer?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I provided evidence<\/strong> the British Government, at that time a member of the European Union, thought it was OK for British taxpayer resources to be used to interfere in US politics, to \u201cbypass\u201d President Trump\u2019s America First agenda. I also provided evidence, the words of George Soros, that the utter defeat and breakup of Russia is a green movement priority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe the evidence supports my opinion that if the USA helps Ukraine and Europe to crush Russia<\/strong>, to such an extent the Russian Federation collapses and no longer poses a military threat to Europe, <\/strong>some of the European state funds liberated by cutting defence budgets may be directed towards helping US candidates who support European style green policies.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How else could greens like Soros and his European friends push forward clearly articulated plans for advancing the global green revolution, other than to \u201cbypass\u201d, brush aside or otherwise neutralise the political opponents of radical climate action?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
