class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1) \u201cThe record low sea ice extent is due to higher ocean temperatures and warmer air.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They do not mention that ice extent was at a record high as recently as 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nor do they mention that the ice has not \u201cgone missing\u201d, as they claim, but strong winds have pushed it polewards.
