What on earth is the point of this ridiculous announcement by the Met Office?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of course, you can never rule anything out. It\u2019s happened before and could therefore happen again in any year. Equally it might be cold and wet in August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And I could win the lottery next week!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
