We\u2019re on the cusp of the Quickening in Artificial Intelligence<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Jordan Peterson wonders if we have thought through how fast things are evolving:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

They\u2019re not building autonomous cars  \u2026.they\u2019re building fleets of mutually intercommunicating autonomous robots, and each of them will be able to teach the other, because their nervous system will be the same. And when there is 10 million of them, and one of them learns something, all ten million of them learns it at the same time. So they\u2019re not going to have to be very bright before they\u2019re very very very smart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019re not connected wirelessly with the same platform. But robots, they are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once they get a little bit smart, they\u2019re not going to stop at being a little bit smart for very long. They\u2019re going to be unbelievably smart, like overnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
