(<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/srep33315\">2016<\/a><\/strong>) also reported a flat (declining) greenhouse effect trend (shown in red) from 2002 to 2014 when all greenhouse effect factors (\u201call-sky\u201d), including clouds and water vapor, are considered. All of them note that natural cloud variations, which have a greenhouse effect impact larger than that resulting from a 100-fold increase in CO2 (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/notrickszone.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/Cloud-Radiative-Forcing-100x-larger-than-CO2-impact-Ramanathan-1989.jpg\">Ramanathan et al., 1989<\/a><\/strong>), are driving the
