They<strong>\u00a0are science fiction<\/strong>\u00a0and they are used<strong>\u00a0to mislead people\u00a0<\/strong>into believing that there is a climate crisis so<strong>\u00a0that they may support radical climate policies.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>(<strong>Question<\/strong>&nbsp;to then IPCC chairman Rajendra Pachauri) \u201cWhat do you see as&nbsp;<strong>the next tools you could utilize to create change?<\/strong><\/em><br><em>(Pachuri&nbsp;<strong>Response<\/strong>) \u201c<strong>Children<\/strong>. I think we have to&nbsp;<strong>sensitize the young<\/strong>&nbsp;and tell them how their future is going to be affected if we don\u2019t take action today. I think if we can&nbsp;<strong>get them to understand the seriousness<\/strong>&nbsp;of the problem they would probably&nbsp;<strong>shame adults into taking the right steps<\/strong>.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Global warming and climate change are real, but climate policy is the far more real and more dangerous threat than climate change.<\/strong>\u00a0The world has seen unprecedented progress in recent decades and much more needs to be done to eliminate problems such as poverty and disease. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>But by failing to confront green scare mongering,\u00a0<strong>Global agencies, world leaders, politicians, scientists and the media have allowed a dark and dangerous ideology to fester.<\/strong>\u00a0By causing a widespread ignorance of this progress which it now threatens to reverse,\u00a0<strong>green scare mongering will turn the clock back for Humanity and civilization.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ben Pile exposes how climate radicals are using media messaging to advance the climate crisis mass delusion in his substack article&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/benpile.substack.com\/p\/behind-the-climate-crisis-myth-green\"><strong>Behind the \u2018climate crisis\u2019 myth: green ideology.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;Excerpts in italics with my bolds and added images.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#e81523\" class=\"has-inline-color\">The world is healthier, wealthier, and safer than it ever has been.<br>And most of this progress has been achieved in the era of global warming.<br>The green story does not add up.<\/mark><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>In the\u00a0<strong>eighties and nineties<\/strong>, Adherents of the<strong>\u00a0precautionary principle<\/strong>\u00a0argued that a hypothesis of a potentially civilisation-ending<strong>\u00a0catastrophe merely needs to be plausible<\/strong>\u00a0to be sufficient to compel action, and that the world\u00a0<strong>cannot afford to wait<\/strong>\u00a0for scientific knowledge\u00a0<strong>to verify the threat<\/strong>\u00a0with any certainty. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>This urgency was the basis of the Montreal Protocol on limiting ozone-depleting substances, and it was the hope of many greens that the same formulation could be used again to drive global agreements on climate change.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>The\u00a0<strong>problem<\/strong>\u00a0for adherents of the precautionary principle is that, as is the case with all green ideologues\u2019 prognostications, too much<strong>\u00a0time passed without the events they were sure would befall us<\/strong>, undermining the original hypothesis. In every region of the world, and at every level of economic development, people are living healthier, wealthier, longer, and safer lives.<\/strong>&nbsp;In the few places where this trend of continued progress does not hold, other reasons better account for the failure than slightly different weather: failed states, corruption and conflict.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#e81531\" class=\"has-inline-color\">The problem for the green narrative then, as now, is that deaths from these diseases of poverty were falling, and have continued to fall, radically.<\/mark><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Between 2000 and 2019, the number of deaths from malaria in the world fell from 900 thousand to 560 thousand \u2013 given the world\u2019s population increase, this is equivalent to a halving of the mortality rate. Over the same time, the number of deaths caused by diarrheal diseases fell from 2.4 million to 1.5 million. And deaths from malnutrition fell from 506 thousand to 212 thousand. The good news provokes an angry and uncomprehending rage in green activists.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#e81547\" class=\"has-inline-color\">To compare the story of the climate crisis with the facts is<br>to betray one\u2019s own children, country and world,<br>and to condemn future generations to an \u2018unliveable planet\u2019.<\/mark><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>The facts and stats of the world are in contradiction<\/strong>&nbsp;to the ideological conception of nature held by the global green Great and Good and by the street-level environmentalists, but not the broader public. So&nbsp;<strong>what is this ideology, and how does it overwhelm its victims\u2019 capacity for reason and facts?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>As David Attenborough explains, it,<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Our economies and political systems are unconsciously predicated on&nbsp;<strong>the belief that nature will continue to be a benign and regular provider of the conditions we need to thrive.<\/strong>&nbsp;[\u2026] Our stable and reliable planet no longer exists. The impacts of this destabilisation will profoundly impact every country on Earth.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>We can know that this is\u00a0<strong>a false belief,<\/strong>\u00a0because it is a myth\u00a0<strong>that nature has ever been anything but extremely hostile, rather than a benign \u2018provider\u2019<\/strong>. Hence, until the end of the 1880s, a quarter of all British children died before reaching their fifth birthday. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>In Germany, half of children did not survive that long. Globally, infant mortality was 22.4 per cent in 1950. In 2021, it was 3.7 per cent.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>The \u2018planet\u2019 is manifestly far less hostile to humanity<\/strong>\u00a0than it was just a lifetime ago. class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Tiny children\u2019s view of the world and their own futures have been\u00a0<strong>poisoned by an ideology that has no care for facts, much less the children and their prosperity.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Their heads have been deliberately filled by the false idea of a \u2018climate crisis\u2019 in order<strong>\u00a0to make them instruments of a political agenda<\/strong>, against their own interests, far before they are equipped to understand the claims they reproduce.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
