shows just how corrupt the UN\u2019s WMO has become.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To most people the last thirty years is the climate we have grown up with and grown used to. Half of the world\u2019s population has never known anything else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And why should the 1961-90 period be in any way regarded as \u201cnormal\u201d.
