Animal rights activist group PETA is now calling on women to strike on sex with meat-eating men.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

PETA\u2019s\u00a0Elena Waldman<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0really can\u2019t stand men having a good time at the weekend barbecue. She writes: \u201cWe all know them,\u00a0the suburban men with beer bottles in hand, brandishing tongs while cooking sausages on their expensive gas grills.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Waldman\u2019s view, eating barbecued meat is how men \u201cprove their masculinity to themselves,\u201d hurt animals and harm the climate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She backs her claims with a serving of activist junk science, published in the journal\u00a0PLOS ONE.\u00a0<\/em>According to the study, meat-eating men\u00a0\u201c<\/em>contribute significantly more to the climate catastrophe than women.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
