Beloved by both parties:<a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/pFP3109j92\">https:\/\/t.co\/pFP3109j92<\/a><\/p>&mdash; Glenn Greenwald (@ggreenwald) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ggreenwald\/status\/1501314062591877124?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">March 8, 2022<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to a removed web page retrieved by&nbsp;<em><a href=\"https:\/\/greatgameindia.com\/\">GreatGameIndia<\/a><\/em>, former President Barack Obama pushed an arrangement that resulted in the development of biolabs processing \u201cespecially dangerous pathogens\u201d in Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The headlines come on the same day that Biden administration operative Victoria Nuland informed the United States Senate that the American government is anxious over biological research centers slipping into Russian control as a consequence of the escalating fighting in Eastern Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now, we have official confirmation from US Under Secretary that&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/greatgameindia.com\/russia-planned-attack-biolabs-ukraine\/\">Russia indeed planned to attack Bioweapons labs in Ukraine<\/a>&nbsp;and that Washington was working with Kiev on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/greatgameindia.com\/obama-authorized-biolabs-ukraine\/\">dangerous pathogens in those labs authorized by former US President Barack Obama<\/a>&nbsp;himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The article \u201cBiolab Opens in Ukraine,\u201d which was originally published on June 18th, 2010, describes how Obama, when functioning as an Illinois Senator, helped secure an agreement to create a level-3 bio-safety laboratory in the Ukrainian city of Odessa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The story, which notably emphasized the efforts of former Senator Dick Lugar, was also published in Issue No. 818&nbsp;<em>(read below)<\/em>&nbsp;of the USAF Counterproliferation Center\u2019s Outreach Journal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLugar said plans for the facility began in 2005 when he and then-Senator Barack Obama entered a partnership with Ukrainian officials. The collaboration focuses on preventing the spread of technologies, pathogens, and knowledge that can be used in the development of biological weapons,\u201d the report continues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe updated laboratory serves as Interim Central Reference Laboratory with a depozitarium (pathogen collection). According to Ukrainian regulations, it has a permit to work with both bacteria and viruses of the first and second pathogenic groups,\u201d explains the report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The BioWeapons Prevention Project\u2019s supplemental&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.bwpp.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">report&nbsp;<\/a>documenting Ukraine\u2019s biolab network goes into considerable detail about the pathogens with which the institution has done research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ebola and \u201cviruses of pathogenicity group II by using of virology, molecular, serologica, and express methods\u201d were amongst the pathogens examined by the laboratory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The facility also offered \u201cspecial training for specialists on biosafety and biosecurity issues during the handling of dangerous biological pathogenic agents.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
